Burgess Rawson was thrilled to offer six early learning centres today at its first Portfolio Auction for 2021.

It was a clean sweep with all six investments sold – a clear indicator that the childcare market is going from strength to strength.

In fact, the day was red hot with exceptional results across the board.

The day saw not one but two record yields achieved.

The hotly contested auction of the Little Acorns centre in Mt Martha, Victoria resulted in the lowest yield for a new childcare centre in the past two years. The centre sold for $6.3 million on a yield of 4.86%.

And, The Cottage in Ashmore, Queensland sold for $2,590,000 on a yield of 5.09% achieving the lowest yield for a childcare investment in Queensland since September last year!

We already have a fantastic line-up of childcare investments secured in our next Portfolio Auction to be held on 31 March.
